The benefits of this are myriad: Your employees are more invested in their jobs, your customers get better service and you get free word-of-mouth marketing about the competence of your team.
Invest in technology
If your franchisor has new technologies in the works, implement them as soon as possible. This will very likely make your franchise more efficient, which means an easier workday for your employees, more business for you and more money in your pocket!
Look towards innovation
Part of being an amazing boss is constantly thinking of better ways to do things. Your franchisor is already doing this with their other branches, of course, but feel free to add your own input. If you notice a new method of operations that could work well for the franchise, speak up!
